This is my example CMS site.  It is WordPress installed on my own domain and hosted on my hosting account on HostGator.com servers.  I left the default “Twenty Eighteen” Theme and preinstalled images.  I have been toying with different CMS software options for several years now and I prefer forum software such as MyBB or phpBB over Blogging software like WordPress or Ghost Blog.

My main domains are both under construction at the moment:

WordPress is OK for simple work

I have no problem with using WordPress if I need to create a simple, clean and intuitive site quickly.  However, I find it a bit restrictive in its abilities and options.

About Me

I enjoy working with all sorts of different web programs, I have installed and toyed around with more than I can count.  As I mentioned before, I like forum software the best!  I have also installed browser based text games as well.  One of my favorite is Legend of the Green Dragon – http://lotgd.sleepyoasis.com

It is a clean install of the game and there is no restriction to creating an account.

Contact

This is a page with some basic contact information, such as an address and phone number. A more advanced feature I could add is an embedded google map centered on whatever address I choose.
